12. Termination may result in the loss of access to the Service, and no refund or compensation will be provided.
13. ESPL reserves the right to change, vary or completely withdraw/terminate the subscription plans and coupon code at any time. ESPL's decision is final in all matters relating to this.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESPL excludes all liability (including negligence) arising out of or in connection with; (i) any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any computer hardware, online systems or network, servers or hosting providers, telecommunication equipment and/or software (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by Internet access or traffic congestion on the Internet.

16. ESPL is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service or the inability to use the Service.
17. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
